Hi I'm Gary (aka Gaz, G, and Gawee) and this is my blog. I live with my (long suffering?!) partner of 25 years, the lovely Wayne.  We live a short (5 min) walk from the shore of beautiful Lake Macquarie near Newcastle, Australia.

I started this blog to make me take stock of life, the world around me and the everyday things that are so often overlooked. It's also a bit of a chronicle of our lives that we can look back on. In other words, it's my random ramblings!  I blog infrequently despite desiring to do otherwise, but well, life kinda happens.

So there you have it, a little snippet about me. Not really that exciting, but it serves you right for being nosey!! ;-p
